ZenMunch isn't one of my learning apps. It began because I kept forgetting to chew while I was watching my shows — it counts your chews and nudges you when you slow down, so a meal gets the time it deserves. It has grown a lot since then.

Meet Ghoshi

I'm learning something new every single day.

I'm Ghoshi — the one in the videos, and the reason there are four apps instead of none. I test everything, film everything, and tell you honestly whether it works. These are the apps I use for the things I actually want to get better at: reading tricky words, working through maths problems, playing pieces I love, and drawing when my brain needs a break.

Most days you'll find me practising, filming a quick video, or talking a friend into trying one of the apps with me. I share the wins and the frustrating bits, because the honest version is more useful.
